Joe has over 20 years of experience in both large consulting organizations & the entrepreneurial environment, with extensive experience in driving large scale, transformation initiatives and a unique ability to manage & motivate diverse project teams.

He has successfully founded and acquired several businesses throughout his career, responsible for more than $20MM in revenue and 230+ employees.

Joe earned an MBA from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, and a BA in Economics Management and Spanish from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Bo has 15 years launching and acquiring small businesses. He got his start at a Boston based private equity and debt firm, and later joined a private equity start-up.

Bo has been the lead sponsor/developer in various asset classes of real estate ($110MM+), and bought or launched several businesses including contracting firms, restaurants, and custom metal fabrication.

Bo earned his Bachelor’s degree from University of MA, Amherst with a concentration in banking and finance.

Mike has over 20 years of experience including leadership and business transformation across multiple industries.

At Pratt & Whitney, he served as Financial Controller for a $500MM+ manufacturing unit and negotiated several $100MM+ contracts with major airlines across Europe and Asia.

Mike earned an MS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, and a BA in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.

As a partner Kris is responsible for the performance of fund level investments and the capital raising strategy for Blueline Ventures.

Before joining the firm in 2024, Kris was the Chief Investment Officer at Reliant Real Estate Management, a top 20 self-storage operator in the US with over $2 billion of assets under management. Kris was responsible for the capital raising strategy including launching and deploying 4 funds raising over $325MM in equity. Prior to Reliant, he was involved in various roles in the medical device industry at both Intuitive Surgical and Covidien.

Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in financial economics from State University of NY at Binghamton. Kris lives with his wife Jenn in a suburb north of Atlanta and has 2 boys Noah and Luke. He enjoys skiing, watersports at the lake, and anything with a motor!

Paresh brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare, seamlessly blending clinical practice with executive management. His expertise lies in driving operational improvements and spearheading strategic business initiatives.

As the former President of a large healthcare company, Paresh played a pivotal role in creating a best-in-class private equity platform. His collaborative approach with capital partners has consistently enhanced business operations, showcasing his unique ability around innovative business management.

Paresh’s background includes hands-on clinical experience, executive leadership in large-scale healthcare operations, and a strong foundation in investing across multiple asset classes.

At Blueline Ventures, he leverages this diverse skill set to identify promising investment opportunities and guide portfolio companies toward sustainable growth.

Jake partners with portfolio company leadership teams to drive operational excellence and long-term value creation. His work spans operational due diligence, acquisition integration, strategic planning, financial analysis, and executing initiatives that improve performance and support sustainable growth.

Before joining Blueline Ventures, Jake spent more than 15 years with Fortune 50 energy companies, where he led large-scale operational, commercial, and M&A initiatives across multi-billion-dollar portfolios, supporting more than $44 billion in acquisitions. He brings that experience to lower middle market businesses, helping management teams build scalable processes, strengthen operations, and execute growth strategies.

Jake earned his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

Rover has a strong background in business development, sales, and quality management, with experience spanning technology and B2B service industries. As a Deal Sourcing Associate at Blueline Ventures, he leads the top of the funnel for acquisitions, identifying and qualifying high-quality companies that align with the firm’s strategic growth objectives.

Before joining Blueline, Rover developed deep experience in business development, client acquisition, and market development across the U.S., UK, and Southeast Asia, building a foundation in analytics, leadership, and process excellence.

He brings expertise in deal origination, sales strategy, and data-driven execution, with a passion for connecting great businesses to new growth opportunities.
